The NEON PEACE LOOK! This youthful Retro 60's Party LOOK has neon-colored sequins 'thrown' over the sleeveless top and the hip flare pants. Neon-colored peace signs are attached to the bottom of the front part of the tank top. The sides of the top are held together by long yellow and pink chiffon scarfs.
