This TheSpace Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) governs our data collection, usage and TheSpace services (the “Services”) and applies to TheSpace websites, including thespace.com, and any other websites linked to this Privacy Policy (each a “Site” and collectively the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy discloses how we collect, protect, use and share information gathered about you on our Sites. You must only use the Sites if you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your use. Site Use Information

If you choose to interact with the Sites in ways including but not limited to submitting information, including on any TheSpace web-based forms, we will retain the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and consider your request or to provide the Services. You also agree that we may use any information that you provide, and may share it with our affiliates and third parties, only as described in this Privacy Policy.

Before you can utilize some portions of our Sites, we may require that you register with TheSpace and provide us with your contact information and generate a password. This registration information may be used, for example, for identification purposes, to communicate with you regarding your account with us or to facilitate the functioning of our Sites.

We will keep any information that you provide to us for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purposes for which the information was originally collected.

Social Networking Activities

Our Sites include the ability for you and other users to link to social networking websites. Our Sites may contain links to other websites, however this Privacy Policy only addresses TheSpace’s use and disclosure of your information collected on our Sites, if any. While we try to link only to websites that share our standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third parties or the content of linked websites. We encourage you to read the applicable privacy policies and terms and conditions of such parties or websites.

Child Privacy

If you are under the age of 18, please do not use or access the Sites in any way. It is not our intention to and we will not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from any child under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected any Personal Information from children under the age of 18, we will promptly delete such information from our databases.

Notice to California Residents

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California law, a California resident with whom we have an established relationship has the right to request certain information with respect to the types of Personal Information we have shared with third parties for the direct marketing purposes of those third parties, and the identities of those third parties, within the immediately preceding calendar year, subject to certain exceptions. California residents who have an established relationship with TheSpace may tell us not to share their Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes. California Consumer Privacy Act

TheSpace is currently not subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act. Once we are subject to that law, we will post a notice here to California residents.

For individuals within the EEA and the United Kingdom (UK) only. “Personal Information” as used in this section means any information that enables us to identify you either, directly or indirectly. Where TheSpace processes Personal Information aboutyou, such information is controlled by TheSpace, which is headquartered in the United States.

We process your Personal Information for purposes described in this Privacy Policy where we have a legal basis under applicable European and UK data protection law. We will store your Personal Information, in a form that permits us to identify you, for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which the Personal Information is processed.

Access from Outside the United States

If you access the Sites from outside of the United States, information that we collect about you may be transferred and stored on servers inside so called "third countries" where laws regarding data protection may be less stringent than the laws in your country (such as the United States).
